GOING IN CIRCLES?

Writer: Kristen MF ClarkKristen MF Clark

The forever movement toward betterment of ourselves is natural. But if you always lead with your good foot (positive feelings) - how will your weaker foot get stronger?

Do you ever feel like you’re going in circles? Well, to interact with life by constant burying, ignoring, and the excluding of so-called “negative emotions or states” is a habit of only leading with your good foot. Sooner or later you’re going to be lopsided and walking in a straight, strong line will be a constant struggle.

And this is where being brutally honest with yourself steps in.

Aspects of ourselves we think we are hiding from others - we are hiding from no one. Because the only source of opinions, critiques, and assessments, the only one who is thinking it and feeling it, is ourselves.

And, regardless, how is that working out for you?

The minute you shot for a desire but the results are lagging (eg: trying to manifest but it’s not happening) - you should immediately adjust.

If you were filling a low tire with air - and the process you were using wasn’t working, you wouldn’t keep doing it over and over again. You wouldn’t sit there saying, “It’s going to fill up when the time is right.” You would figure out why the air wasn’t getting in there and adjust.

There is a reason there is the word “action” within Law of Attraction.

100% of the time - the answer we are seeking, the treasure we just can’t seem to find - is going to be in the actions we aren’t taking. It is going to be in the one place we are too afraid to look in!

Yes, my love - you get to be pissed! Go for it. You get to be sad and blue. You get to be in a rotten mood and lash out. And, wow, look at that, after all that you’re still you.

All this means is that the “positive only” method you are clinging to isn’t working.

Don’t be afraid of the dark, honey.

Stars can’t shine without the dark.

No mud, no lotus.

How will you ever know just how mighty a swimmer you are (and what a blast it is) if you’re too afraid to get wet.

The water’s fine, come on in!
